Yejide Wyse Chairperson (NWIN)

Yejide Wyse is currently the Chief Economist of Nigeria LNG Limited and Chairperson of NLNG Women’s Initiative Network (NWIN). She attended the University College of Wales Aberystwyth where she obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Economics and Statistics and then University of Kent in Canterbury for a Master’s degree in Management. Leveraging awareness to foster greater gender equality and diversity consequent to celebrating International Women’s day over the years, realising there was a gap that need to be filled,  in 2013, Yejide teamed up with other NLNG women to set up an advocacy body, now known as NLNG Women’s Initiative Network (NWIN). As Chairperson, NWIN sets to be the catalyst in NLNG to foster greater gender equality and diversity amongst staff with special emphasis on female staff. It is also the platform for NLNG’s female employees to drive for a balanced gender representation at all levels in the organization. Yejide is a member and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.  She also participates in the activities of the Society of Women in Taxation and Nigeria Gas Association. Yejide targets needy Youths and supports their development to their full potential. She is happily married and blessed with three children.  

Lucia Mallam Non-Portfolio Member

As a Snr Organisational Effectiveness & Change Management Advisor in HR, my job role involves designing and implementing organizational effectiveness, change management strategies and leadership development initiatives in the organisation. As a Non-Portfolio Member in the NWIN Executive Committee, my role is more of an advisory one, working collaboratively with other Exco members to achieve the objectives of NWIN. I see myself an as advocate for diversity and inclusion in NLNG.
