Diversity and Inclusiveness Champions
The objective is to raise consciousness in Company of the need for diversity and inclusiveness to better value the broad range of cultural and personal differences that exists in NLNG. This will be done by challenging assumptions and behaviours that exclude and limit.
NWin will collaborate with the HR division by championing training and awareness on the responsibilities and benefits of diversity and inclusion to raise the consciousness on the need for inclusiveness across Company especially from a gender and inclusiveness perspective.
This will be achieved by developing at least three standardized NWin message(s) and measuring the impact as applicable.
From the staff demography, there are no female representations in some functions in the business. NWin will review and work at closing the gender gap if any by facilitating the movement of at least one female staff into these departments, in the medium to long term.
