The NLNG Women Initiative Network, also referred to as “NWin”, is a body set up for the entrenchment of awareness and advancement of diversity in Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG) to promote gender parity, relevance and collective intellectual resources of various talents for long term business sustainability and competitiveness. NWIN was established in 2016 and the first set of NWIN Executive Committee was inaugurated on March 8th, 2017.

NLNG Women’s Initiative Network (NWIN).

Yejide Wyse is currently the Chief Economist of Nigeria LNG Limited and Chairperson of NLNG Women’s Initiative Network (NWIN).

She attended the University College of Wales Aberystwyth where she obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Economics and Statistics and then University of Kent in Canterbury for a Master’s degree in Management.

Leveraging awareness to foster greater gender equality and diversity consequent to celebrating International Women’s day over the years, realising there was a gap that need to be filled,  in 2013, Yejide teamed up with other NLNG women to set up an advocacy body, now known as NLNG Women’s Initiative Network (NWIN).
